We are thrilled to get to know you a bit better, therefore it would be great if you could fill out the forms below.

There are 5 forms which can be taken independently of each other and when it suits you.

1. Personal information

1st form approx 5-10 min is just for us to gather personal contact information.

2. Personality type test 

2nd form approx 10 min, is a Meyers brigg personality type test.

3. OCEAN test

3rd form approx 10 min is a "Big 5 OCEAN test" this is for us to see which Tutor you will have best success with.

4. DISC analysis/test

4th form 10 min is

called DISC and is used to see how we should adopt in a group session in order to fit your personality.

5. Team role test

5th form 10 min is called Team role and is used to see how we should adopt in a group session in order to fit your personality.
